Registration Information for 2008
Pre-Registration is Required
All participants must pre-register.
Housing Fees include program fees
Fees for Standard, Ole Bull Cottage, and Rogers Cottage include program fees, housing, and meals. Extra fees which may apply to a given session are noted in the course description for that session. Green Acre provides sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels in all on-campus housing.
Late Arrivals
No reductions in fees can be made for late arrivals, early departures, or meals missed.
Required Deposits
Registrations are not confirmed without the required deposit.
Residents - 2-night & 3-night sessions: $30.00 per resident
Residents - 4-night & 5-night sessions: $50.00 per resident
Commuters - Total balance less than $40.00: Total Balance Due
Commuters - Total balance more than $40.00: $40.00 per commuter
Resident Fees
Registration Fee Per Person Per Night includes Housing, Meals, Program Fee
Standard: Shared rooms. Multiple shared bathrooms per floor.

Campground: Only available June – September. Bath house with hot water. No plug-ins or hook-ups. No campfires.

Discounts
Applicable by request only. One discount per person
- 10% - Early Registration: Must register at least 30 days in advance
- 10% - Senior Citizen: age 65+
- 15% - Family: Parent(s) and at least 2 dependent children under 21
- 20% - 2nd Youth: 2nd child from 1 family registered for Camp Green Acre,
Transformation for Peace or Badasht Academy - 25% - Full-time College Student
- 33% - LSA Sponsorship: Sponsoring LSA must pay at least ½ of balance
after discount is applied - 33% - Bring Seeker: Veteran Baha'i receives a 33% discount. The seeker receives a 50% discount.
- 50% - First Timer: Standard housing for first time ever attending a session
- 50% - Work-Study: As approved by co-administrator
- Please Note: Discounts are not applicable to commuter or campground fees.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation more than 15 days prior to the session starting date, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 per person processing fee. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the starting date, the entire deposit is retained. Registrations and deposits are non-transferable.
Sponsorship
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or approved sponsor. Contact Registrar for approval. Sponsorship Form and Medical Release required in advance.
Institutes
Sponsorship is not necessary for the following sessions:
- Camp Green Acre
- Badasht Prep Jr. Youth Institute
- New Horizon Youth Academy
- Badasht Youth Academy
- Transformation for Peace Jr. Youth Institute
- Turning-15 Youth Institute
However a Medical Release is required. Please also review Youth/Jr. Youth Community Standards with your child before she or he attends.
