What You Can Expect

If you are between the ages of 17 and 25, we invite you to join our heroic Youth Service Corps of volunteers! You will develop "hitherto unsuspected capacities" as you share responsibilities with a closely-knit corps of dedicated co-workers while making friends with youth from around the world. You will develop valuable Five Year Plan skills as well by participating in local community activities. You can expect to be stretched, grow spiritually and become a stronger Bahá'í than ever, as you receive many bounties and face new challenges and tests, preparing you for a life of service to Bahá'u'lláh and His New World Order.

Some Green Acre teams which our youth serve on are the Children and Youth program, Food Service, and Facilities/Groundskeeping. In the local community, youth often serve as tutors and Ruhi Study Circle participants, children’s class teachers, home visitors, as well as teachers of the Faith at local University campus activities.
