SUMMARY:Foundations of Global Harmony & Planetary Peace
DESCRIPTION:One Planet Peace Forum (OPPF) is pleased to announce that its 4th annual gathering will be held October 6-8\, for the first time in-person at historic Green Acre on the Piscataqua River in Eliot\, Maine. The weekend will include two hybrid sessions on Saturday afternoon that will be live streamed worldwide and a special world music celebration Saturday afternoon with Randy Armstrong and friends. \n\n\n\nThis year’s theme\, Foundations of Global Harmony and Planetary Peace\, explores the questions: Why is race amity a prerequisite to world peace? How do inner harmony and fierce civility build peace? How is truth telling foundational to peace? Why are both contemplative and activist roles needed to create a culture of peace? \n\n\n\nThe program starts at 5pm Friday\, October 6 and concludes after lunch Sunday\, the 8th.
