Métis (Wolf Clan)

Jocelyne Pambrun; Waabishki Migizi Niimikaage (White Eagle Dancer) is a mother, grandmother of 6, Métis Elder, seamstress, and educator from Manitoba, Canada. As a storyteller and member of the Wolf Clan, she conveys her teachings to help a diversity of people, especially youth, find their place in the Circle of Life. As a nurse and counsellor by profession, Jocelyne is able to weave Indigenous understanding of grief and loss and homelessness, which has many facets.

As a member of the Union Nationale Metisse Saint-Joseph du Manitoba, she provides outreach activities related to the history and culture of her people and the ancestral knowledge associated with Manitoba.
