Anishinaabe/Chippewa
Aanii. Martha Russell nindizhinikaaz. Nindoonjibaa Traverse City, MI. I am mixed race and my grandfather was Chippewa from Duluth, MN. My teachings come from the Caddo/Hasinai Neepah tribe from Louisianna and the Anishinaabe of Michigan. I am a teacher and artist who believes that the arts are one of the best ways to share our experience and understanding with others.
