Green Acre requires all participants to register online. If you are unable to register online, you may contact the Registrar for assistance.
It is important that those bringing children register as early as possible—preferably at least two weeks before the program starts—so we can determine whether there will be enough children registering to offer classes for them.
Register now by choosing a program or event and following the registration prompts.
Program registration usually includes meals and housing, but guests may also register as commuters (with or without meals) for most sessions. Fees vary by program. For detailed information, please see the Fees & Discounts tab of the event website for the particular program you are interested in attending. Additionally, please read our Fee Information and What to Expect as a Guest pages for more details.
Waiting List for Programs
If a program is full, a message will be displayed during the online registration process. You may have the option to add your name to the online waitlist for the program, or you may email GreenAcreRegistrar@usbnc.org and provide the information by email (name, number in party, program to be waitlisted for, phone number, etc.). Please DO NOT register or pay a deposit until you are actually offered full registration for the event.
The Registrar contacts those on the waiting list when there are cancellations or when additional spaces open.
If the program is open, but the desired option is not available, you have two choices:
- Register for the option that is available (for example, commuter if full session is full or standard housing if upgraded housing is full). Please only do this if you are willing to accept this selection if space does not open in your preferred option.
- If you are not willing to accept the currently available options, please wait until the program is completely full and then add yourself to the waiting list through the event registration website.
Anyone under the age of 18 attending programs at the school must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or approved sponsor age 21 or older. For a minor to attend a program with a sponsor, sponsorship forms are required in advance and must be signed by the parent, the sponsor, and the sponsored minor two weeks prior to the beginning of the program. Certain programs/academies provide staff supervision for your child, junior youth, or youth and this will be indicated during registration. Please note that parents of all children, junior youth, and youth under the age of 18 attending these programs must provide completed and signed forms by the date indicated in order for their children to attend. Look for these forms during registration or in the email sent to you after you have registered.
