Doors opened on Saturday, November 30th for Green Acre’s current art show, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá: Champion of Justice, Promoter of Unity, Exemplar of Service.
In the year of the Centenary of His passing, numerous artists contributed to honoring the life and work of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, who labored tirelessly for the betterment of humanity, creating a unique exhibit dedicated to the promotion of justice, unity and service.
In addition to viewing the exhibit housed in the Kelsey Center on Green Acre’s beautiful campus, young and old alike participated in a craft project painting virtue rocks.
Leading up to the show opening the local Eliot & Seacoast community created hundreds of origami doves for a collaborative installation in Reimer Hall.
The show can be seen during Gallery Hours, Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00 – 4:00 PM through March 20th or online at ‘Abdu’l-Bahá Centenary
