Melissa Guillet is an artist and environmental educator. She runs “15 Minute Field Trips”, a nonprofit that advocates for the environment through art and empowers youth to take action. Melissa is part of the UU “Green Team”, a committee member of RIEEA, member of the Guild of New England Scientific Illustrators, and a Master Gardener. She gives talks on sustainability, insects, and climate change, and offers professional development to teachers. As an artist, she works in several mediums, including paint, colored pencil, collage, recycled materials, and photography.
