Peaches Gillettetaught Language Arts and Poetry at College Initiative Upstate, private groups of adults, and for those held at Tompkins County Jail. She founded Young and Poetic workshops for 15 – 18 year old poets. As an ordained chaplain, she has brought poetry and essay writing into her work in veteran hospitals, in prisons and in women shelters.
