After careful consideration of the health guidelines from the State of Maine and in consultation with the Director of our National Office of Education and Schools, we have concluded that it is not feasible to carry out our scheduled summer programs. We are saddened to have to cancel the following programs: Spirit of Children, Walking Together on the Path Towards Race Unity and Oneness II, Homecoming, Camp Green Acre 2020, and Family & Parenting Program.
- The Green Acre team will still be working hard, strengthening our new online efforts and dedicating our energies to serving our local community.
- While we will dearly miss seeing all of you in person, we will be in touch through short meaningful content for the web, longer recorded conversations, online events and workshops throughout the summer.
